Tip* You are not consuming all of the fats above at once, you are consuming it throughout the day with your meals.
⭐ Workout instructions:
I recommend 4 Tabatas for each workout, which should take you 16 minutes to complete.
Tabata 1:
20 seconds on, 10 seconds off (4 rounds = 1 tabata workout)
Burpees (20 seconds)
Rest (10 seconds)
Jump Squats (20 seconds)
Rest (10 seconds)
Tabata 2:
20 seconds on, 10 seconds off (4 rounds = 1 tabata workout)
