The Baka Pygmies are hunter-gatherers. They live on the Dzangha-Sangha reserve, in the southwestern part of the Central African Republic.
Today, the Baka leave camp in the early morning to hunt. Their chanting asks for the protection of Jengi, the forest spirit. They hope to capture a duiken, a small local species of antelope. Their weapon of choice? A simple net! Will they succeed in capturing their prey?
