Even if you're lucky enough to love your job you'll struggle to match the enthusiasm of Hard Rock waitress Rita Gilligan. She's been working at the famous diner in London since day one. That was nearly 50 years ago and Rita's extraordinary service has even earned her an MBE. So, who better to help open Hard Rock's newest London restaurant in Piccadilly Circus. We caught up with Rita who took us for a tour.
