Currently, I am working towards losing weight and building muscle through hiit cardio and weight training using giant sets. HIIT Cardio and steady state cardio are great ways to lose weight. Every morning, I start my day with cardio (hiit) - steady state - Full Body Workouts - Step Cardio - Kettlebell or a bike ride.
Today is Day 11 - for the "All New Home Gym Workout Series" at the home gym. This workout includes all the classic Lat Pulldowns, Seated Cable Rows, Bent Over Rows and more.
