(“Capture-Return-Address”) 🚀
1️⃣ CAPTURE:
When engaged in a task, jot down random thoughts on a notepad as they pop up.
2️⃣ RETURN:
Bounce back to your task, stay focused!
3️⃣ ADDRESS:
Later, review your list, tackle those ideas and tasks.
The CRA Method helps you to get a handle on internal distractions stay focussed on what’s most important.
