Designers combined fashion and comfort to create sets of family-friendly clothing at the 2016 China International Fashion Week in Beijing.
A range of creative garments were displayed, with outfits available in various shapes and sizes to suit all family members. The designs were also worn by many child models who presented the colorful new creations before the crowd.
Designers said that they paid attention to making the clothing suitable for daily life and sports activities.
"People feel comfortable in sportswear. However, the clothes we designed were combined with fashion factors rather just being like oversized traditional sportswear. We can also present a real sense of elegance through our sportswear," said fashion designer Liu Jia.
"They are quite good designs and very colorful. I came to this fashion week to buy some clothes for my daughter and have a family of matching family outfits for me and my daughter," said one mother at the event.
China International Fashion Week first started in 1997 and has now become one of the country's prime fashion shows.
This year's fashion week will run until Thursday.
