In this video I bake a moist and incredibly decadent strawberry cake, plus a quick to put together fresh strawberry sauce.
This cake can be eaten as is but I chose to dust it with icing sugar. This is not the kind of cake you want to hide under thick icing or frosting. You want to show off the strawberries as it's the eye catching centrepiece.
It can be eaten on its own or with a dink ( hot or cold)

INGREDIENTS
------------------------
2 cups all purpose ( plain) flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup Greek yoghurt ( or sour cream)
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs ( at room temp)
3/4 cups oil
2 packs large fresh strawberries ( containing 10 each)
1 tsp vanilla
