Corruption being done by Indian judges:
#1 Indian Constitution gives power to the Legislature, judiciary and executive. it means constitutional power is in the hands of a politician, judge and an IAS officer.
#2 Since the maximum punishment for economic crimes is only 3 years all these politicians, judges and IAS officers have become highly corrupt.
As the saying goes, "power tends to corrupt and absolute power tends to corrupt absolutely."
#3 Court matters are generally solved using Criminal Procedure Code( CRPC) and civil procedure code( CPC).
#4 Both these codes also give Special Powers to judges so that they can give judgements over and above these two codes. however these powers are to be used very rarely.
this is a recipe for disaster because these corrupt criminal rascal judges use these powers day and night to grant bail to criminals. Such frequent misuse of these Special Powers is against the provisions of the codes.
You should demand information using RTI Act, how many times a judge has used his special powers in his lifetime and in which cases?!
If so frequent special power use is required, then the codes should be amended to incorporate new thinking. The judge cannot rise above the codes on a daily basis!!
Because of such provisions in civil and criminal codes, criminals in the society are not afraid of doing crimes. they can rest assured that such corrupt criminal judges will always bail them out in return for money.
#5 If You have a pending Court case and the judge is using his Special Powers you have to immediately complain about the judge to the Court's Vigilance department.
#6 Audio and visual recordings of the hearings which happen in the courts is also not allowed otherwise, these corrupt criminal judges would be caught.
in fact it is considered a crime to video record proceedings in your mobile!! basically it means that the judges don't want you to gather evidence against them.
#7 If you find that Lower court judge, of Metropolitan Court, sessions court or City Civil Court is doing corruption, then you can report to the Vigilance department of the State High Court.
#8 Also, if a State High Court judge is found to be doing corruption then you have to report the matter to the Vigilance department in the Supreme court.
However these Vigilance departments also have corruption tie ups with the judges. they do not respond in a timely and professional manner.
So you should also simultaneously report to CM, PM, President, Bar Council of India, anti corruption department, media as well as other people you deem fit. Only then things will slowly move forward.
#9 The administrative staff of each and every Court is also doing rampant corruption. they will not give priority to matters and you have to beg them every time to give an early date and also beg them to ensure that a proper hearing is done on that date. they should also be reported to the concerned Vigilance department.
#10 On a single day about 300 matters are listed for hearing in front of a single judge. however only one hundred matters are taken up. justice is delayed if not denied.
#11 There are millions of pending Court cases in India as shown Government website:
ecourts.gov.in
#12 Courts should function in three shifts, round the clock 24 hours a day to clear this huge backlog.
More good, honest and hardworking judges should be recruited.
#13 these corrupt judges and the bar council of India ensure that LLM exam results and judge related selection procedures is only 1% per year. so almost nobody qualifies to become a judge.
This way corrupt judges make sure that honest and hardworking people do not become judges.
corrupt judges do not want any competition and they want to mint crores of Rupees by issuing corrupt judgements.
#14 Corrupt judges have political tie ups with politicians and IAS officers. all these three rascals make money by giving away government land to their corrupt contactors.
#15 Judicial activism / corrupt judges should also be awarded capital punishment or life imprisonment for doing corruption at such a high and honorable level.
Corruption is treason - at the highest level of our country.
#16 The logic is very simple: if good people let the bad people stay alive, then ultimately these bad people will kill the good people.
Good, Honest and hardworking people should have zero tolerance towards evil and corrupt people.
Only then justice is served.
