Just going to show you how simple it is to replace the cutter wheel on the Monument Auto Cuts 15 mm, 22 mm, and the 28. This is the replacement wheel, reference 269N.
So you have your Posi #2 screwdriver. Simply undo the screw. Separate the two halves of the body making sure that you don't lose any of the parts. The pins or the rollers. All you have to do is gently take that wheel out, remove it from the pin, pop the new wheel on making sure that it sits in the little slot here above the spring; very important, and then that pops back into place there. We can now put the other half of the shell back on making sure that everything's engaged so the rollers are turning and wheel is moving up and down on the spring. Once you've done that, just simply re-connect the two halves.
As a final check, just make sure the rollers are working and that they are rolling properly and the spring is engaged with the wheel and the wheel is moving up and down. Then you're sure when you can't ... it won't tramline and it'll cut within or it doesn't turn.
Similarly, for the 15 mm and the 28 mm, it's exactly the same. Just take the wheel out, replace it, pop it back in. On the 28, you've actually got two screws, but again, very simple process. Just take the wheel out, throw it away, replace it, pop it back in, re-engage the two halves, screw it back together, make sure it's all operating properly, screw it up, and you're good to go. It's as simple as that.
