We are making Sata Andagi, sweet and delicious Okinawan donuts. The outside is crispy and the inside is soft. Fresh ones are especially delicious!
How to make Sata Andagi

(10 pieces (approx.)) Cook Time: 15 minutes
110g Cake Flour or all purpose flour (3.9 oz)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
60g Sugar (2.1 oz)
1/2 tbsp Vegetable Oil or melted butter
Frying Oil
* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
