Macaroni Elbow Pasta
--Boil in salted water for about 9 minutes, when done rinse under cold water to cool down. Place in a large bowl or pot.
(Made 4 Cups Cooked)
Add
3/4 - 1 cup of Vegan Mayo or Vegan Sour Cream (or both)
1 Tsp of Yellow Musturd
1/4 Tsp of Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp of Onion Powder
1-1/2 Tsp of Seasoning Salt (I used Trader Joe's)
3/4 Cup of Chopped White Onion
1 Cup of Chopped Sweet Mini Peppers/ Regular Bell Peppers
1 Cup of Chopped Celery
1 Cup of Carrots
1 Cup of Diced Mushrooms (Cooked or Raw)
1/2 + Cup of Vegan Ham (I used Tofurky's Smoked Deli Ham)
Mix everything together adjust seasonings to your taste
Serve in a bowl or as tostadas 🥑
