Despite all the difficulties of polio paralysis, Ricky Likabu and his other polio musician friends, have never given up their passion for years and managed to spread their music worldwide.

The music band Staff Benda Bilili, which means "Look Beyond Appearances" was formed by Ricky Likabu in 1997, who has Polio (Infant Paralysis), in Congo, Kinshasa.

The band is a success story of their passion for music which made their dreams come true and continue to inspire other people with polio all around the world.
