* Cashew nut - 9-10, halves
* Tej patta (bay leaf) - 2

* Star anise - 1
* Ginger (adrak) - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
* Green chilly - 3-4
* Capsicum - 1/2 cup
* Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
* Beans - 1/2 cup
* Cauliflower - 3/4 cup
* Fresh green peas - 1/2 cup
* Chilly powder - 1 tsp
* Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
* Salt - as per the taste
* Sugar - 1/2 tsp
* Basmati rice - 1.5 cup (soaked in water for 10-15 minutes)
* Hot water - 3 cup
* Pinch of saffron (kesar)
* Coriander & mint leaves - 1/4 cup, chopped
