The Japanese word "Osu" means "to push"
In "Oshi gote" it is important to firmly "push" the back of the opponent's hand after gripping it.
Black belt Kenshi should focus on the movement of pushing the back of the opponent's hand, as the name suggests, rather than twisting and pulling the opponent down.
