Big Brother decides on a punishment for the teen housemates who lost their gold medallions. Angela Tungol, Lance Carr, Tan Roncal, and Shoichi Oka are required to stay outside until they retrieve their respective gifts from Big Brother. Heavy rainfall causes the teen housemates to struggle to stay dry outside the PBB House. Three other teens decide to sacrifice their own gold medallions in hopes of helping the other housemates. They later get the chance to retrieve the gold medallions with a challenging task that gets harder after each level.
