TACOS GOBERNADOR INGREDIENTS:
► 3 tbsp butter
► 3 minced garlic cloves
► 1/4 small white onion
► 1 chile poblano
► 2 roma tomatoes
► 1 lb shrimp
► 1/2 cup sour cream
► Some chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
► Some corn tortillas
► Monterrey Jack cheese
► Pepper and salt to taste
