INGREDIENTS:
firm tofu (cut into bite sizes)
corn starch
salt
freshly ground black pepper
cooking oil
onions (sliced thinly)
5 cloves garlic (minced)
green chilies
shiitake mushrooms
carrots
snow peas
bell pepper
hard-boiled quail eggs
spring onions
corn starch slurry (1 tsp cornstarch & 2 tbsp water)
Sauce :
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/8 cup water
1 tsp sugar
black pepper
