Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Timbren rear suspension enhancement system. Now, this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2019 and newer Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks. And on a custom fit part like this, I do like to recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle, and it'll show if this will work for your application.
Now, this kit here will improve your suspension, handling, and even the safety of your vehicle. These do provide additional support as needed, so you'll always have a nice, smooth, comfortable ride. Basically, it'll allow the least spring ample movement while cushioning any light loads, so it doesn't affect the empty ride of your vehicle. And this will become more rigid as more weight is added. There's increased stability, which provides great performance while hauling any heavy loads and it'll even help reduce vehicle sag.
Now, these do work independently, side to side, help compensate for any off-center loads. And they'll even reduce body roll when you're swerving or turning corners. They will also act as shock absorbers, taking the brunt of any bumps or rough roads, which will help extend the life of your vehicle's suspension. This kit will include everything laid out here on the table. It includes these two Aeon hollow rubber springs, the metal spacers, the rubber spacers, all the hardware you need for installation, and even a nice set of instructions that will describe how this all goes together.
These do install directly onto the frame. Basically, they'll replace the axle bump stops on the frame and there is no drilling required. Few specs on this, again, the capacity on these are 8,600 pounds. Now, one note I wanna mention, these Timbren springs will not increase your vehicle's weight carrying capacity, so you do wanna make sure not to exceed the manufacturer's recommended weight limit. And this kit is designed to work with a suspension system that is in good working order.
