Hey everyone!
Today we are doing one of my fav spin pole combos. This combo is beginner friendly but not for first timers, make sure you know the fireman spin which I do at the end and a couple other tricks under your belt to prepare you for these moves.
So give yourself a little warm up and practice both sides!

A little about me I've been teaching pole and aerial for 5 years and have had a self practice for 7 years. I've done three teacher trainings and started all this at the age of 23, before that I had no dance background. I perform locally and have competed and placed in many national pole competitions.
