Freshly baked Christmas cookies are always a special treat for friends and family !
These traditional italien flourless almond pastries have an almost almond paste like centre with a crumbly-flaked almond coating. Each pastry is crescent shaped and deliciously more-ish.
👉🏼 Ingredients:
400g of marzipan
300g of finely ground almonds
100g of icing sugar
50g of flour
1tea spoon baking powder
2 egg white
1 shot amaretto liqueur
100g sliced almonds
Oven: 180°C / 10 - 12 minutes
