Shokudo Shichisai is a legendary ramen shop that has influenced the ramen scene in Tokyo in a significant way over the last years. Shichisai serves Kitakata style ramen, an incredibly popular style of ramen from Kitakata city. Shokudo Shichisai serves the closest rendition of this style of ramen, only beat by actually making the journey to Kitakata and eating there.
Shokudo Shichisai serves their Kitakata style ramen in different variations and with different seasonings like shio, shoyu and niboshi tare. They also have an everchanging menu of additional ramen bowls and specials that probably would be obsolete by the time I list it up here.
I have previously been to be newer location of Shichisai, called Menya Shichisai, which is close to Tokyo Station and a recommendation for all ramen heads who find themselves near there. Check out the video:

Compared to Menya Shichisai, the biggest difference is that the noodles are not made to order at Shokudo Shichisai, which does not mean that they are of a lower quality or anything, they are just more traditional Kitakata style wavy noodles.
