Video on how to defeat Pinwheel and also obtain the Rite of Kindling at the start of the game when reaching Firelink Shrine.
Rite of Kindling allows you to boost your Estus Flasks at bonfires, effectively giving you more flasks. You need to use soft humanity (counter on top left corner of your HUD) to boost your Flasks.
Defeating Pinwheel also gives you either:
- Mask of the Father (5% Extra Maximum Equipment Load)
- Mask of the Mother (10% Extra Maximum HP)
- Mask of the Child (Roughly 22.5% Extra Stamina Regeneration)
