Today I’m doing another immunity test to find out if you are a ASMR newbie listener or expert listener. When I first started listening to ASMR, I was immune to nothing and tingled to everything! But slowly, I started getting immunity and went for more intense triggers. But sometimes new triggers that you don’t usually listen to also help with immunity.

For today’s video, I picked out 10 different triggers, and ordered them from gentle/slow to fast/rough, so you can find THE trigger to beat your immunity (and of course also to help you sleep, study and relax!) Full version coming up next!
