7 security personnel have been killed in a deadly terror attack at an army camp in the Uri sector of Kashmir's Baramulla district. 2 terrorists have also been killed in a counter strike by the security forces. Baramulla goes to polls in the 3rd phase of elections in the valley on 9 December. Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar spoke to the media about the incident. Listen in.
