This unit is owned and managed by the same guy I am renting this place from. Hes a good guy and will work with me on the price. $400 for 1 month. From March 5th to April 5th. He says that Istanbul is supposed to open back up fully on March 1st and its hard for him to extend the price further than April 5th. His place I am in now has not had renters for awhile and nothing booked for the next couple months. HOWEVER, his small units have had renters in them.... He will give me 2 days to decide and has closed the one with the balcony for those 2 days until I decide...
Can I live (yes), but more importantly be happy in that place for 1 month (30 days) straight? Even saving $400 - $600 dollars a month on another unit? Thats the hard part. Depression, Sad, Confined, tied down and many other terms come to mind for me...
Something to ponder, that is for sure.
