Join me on my fifth week in Sofia, Bulgaria as I visit Sofia's Central Market and miraculously arrive in Montana after an exciting train journey. 💛 I marvel at a few sightings of what I suspect are communist-era kiosks and purchase a book on that very topic. I explain that while I am all too happy to criticize communism as an ideology, that doesn't mean I don't sincerely appreciate Bulgarian history and its present-day aesthetic -- which, of course, is impacted by its communist past.
