Stretch out your arms out in front of you at eye level about 1 foot apart. Hold one finger up for each hand. These are your targets.
Keep your head still and quickly look at your target on the right then turn your head to line up with the target on the right.
Next, with your head still turned right quickly jump your eyes to the left target. Now turn your head to the left.
Repeat this pattern of look right, turn right. Look left, turn left.
For the next part you’ll be doing the same thing but in a vertical direction.
Hold your arms away from you with your fingers out horizontal now. One higher than the other.
Look at the finger above, then tilt your head to line up with it. Next, look with just your eyes and the finger below and then match that movement with your head.
Look up, tilt-up. Look down, tilt down.
Perform each for 1 minute; 3 times a day.
