Here is the story of a young first time homebuyer in Windsor Ontario Canada, a young Nigerian success story in buying his first home.

I’m so excited for my client 🙏🏽❤️
He was referred to me by clients of mine. He’s a first time 🏠home buyer, last year we started to look for a home for him but before we started our home search we had him get a mortgage pre approval and based upon his pre approval we were working with a limited number. We couldn’t compete with the market then, we had so much competition, we were priced out of the market. We decided if we see the right home we will put an offer on it. He decided he will take a break, go home and get married. His goal was to buy a home so when his wife arrived in Canada they will have a place to call home and start their new life together. We kept on touch and the market started to change it became more affordable for him, less competition more homes to choose from. I saw this home and sent it to him and I called the listing agent and inquired about their expectations, she was honest and we felt we could get this home based on our conversation and the data the market was showing. Well we did it with a home inspection and a mortgage financing condition AND AT LIST PRICE.
Today I’m so excited for him, it shows with patience, being realistic, having a dream anything is possible I’m so happy to be part of his journey.
