Vin Diesel returns as the iconic sci-fi anti-hero in Riddick: Furya, the latest installment in the gritty, action-packed franchise. Directed once again by David Twohy, who steered the previous films, this chapter brings audiences back to Riddick’s origins on the enigmatic planet of Furya, his homeworld.

In Riddick: Furya, Riddick faces his toughest challenge yet—returning to his roots. After years of surviving hostile planets and countless close calls, he finds Furya transformed. No longer a desolate wasteland, Furya is alive with a society that’s evolved in his absence, and its people aren’t exactly welcoming him back.

Diesel, who has portrayed Riddick since Pitch Black (2000), describes this journey as deeply personal for the character. “This is the most introspective Riddick we’ve seen. He’s coming home, but he’s not the same person who left. The planet has changed, and so has he,” Diesel shares.
