Exploring Abandoned WW2 Chain Home Radar Station

In this video you join us as we explore an old abandoned WW2 radar station .
Built in 1939 this radar station was active until the end of WW2 in 1945 . There was a number of these sites along the British coast to alert the RAF of any enemy aircraft heading towards our coast lines .
The project for these sites was given the name Chain Home known as Chain Home radar stations .
This site was also attacked by enemy aircraft but was back up and operational with in 6 hours .
