Hi Guys welcome back to my Channel! Today’s Recipe is my favourite Pumpkin Bread.
Pumpkin Bread Batter
300g Pumpkin Purée
150g Oil
1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
80g Sour Cream
3 eggs
200g Caster Sugar
190g Brown Sugar
315g Self Raising Flour
Pumpkin Spice Mix
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Ground Gloves
Mix together and used 1 & 1/2 tsp of the mix for this recipe
Line loaf tin with baking paper. Bake at 160°c 1hr - 1hr 20mins
Pumpkin Purée
If you don’t have access to canned pumpkin or want to make your own. I roasted 1/2 a butternut pumpkin in the oven cut side down at 180°c for 60 - 80 minutes until soft. Allow to cool completely then scoop out the pumpkin and mash or blend together to form a puree. Then weigh out 300g for this recipe.
