I make chicken soup Turkish style! One plate is not enough! Easy, tasty and healthy. Not difficult to make, ingredients available.
Ingredients:
200-300 grams of chicken meat
100g. Noodles
1-2 Carrots
2 pcs. Onions
1pc. Sweet bell pepper
Salt, pepper to taste
2tbsp Flour
Italian herbs (spices)
Vegetable oil or olive oil
30g Butter
Method of preparation:
1) In a saucepan put the chicken meat, carrots and onions.
2) Cook under cover over medium heat for 30 minutes (if necessary, remove the foam with a slotted skimmer)
3) Take out the meat and select the broth (we do not need carrots and onions anymore)
4) Pour oil into the pot and add 30 grams of butter. Grate the carrots and fry for 2-3 minutes.
5) Chop 2 medium onions fry for 2-3 minutes.
6) Add 2 cloves of garlic
7) Add 2 tablespoons of flour and pour 200ml water.
8) Stir and bring to a boil.
9) Then pour all the broth, sliced meat, 100g of noodles, salt, pepper and add spices.
10) Stir and cook under a lid for 15-18 minutes.
