When Fatimah looks at stained glass mosaics, she sees more than broken pieces of glass. She sees a beautiful, imperfect piece of art held together by strength. As light filters through the colorful shards, she sees beauty created out of what was once broken. Through Life Paradigms, Fatimah and her team provide art, education, healing and leadership development to underserved communities. Children and incarcerated women touched by the program experience the goodness of being made whole through creative writing, visual arts and movement. Much like colorful mosaics, Life Paradigms is the glue that heals and helps each piece fit back together in a radiant way.
