This is an Original 10 minute guided meditation for Burn Out, recorded by us. It's normal to feel overwhelmed and exhausted at times, especially during these challenging times. I want you to know that you are not alone. Please remember that it's okay to take a break and prioritize your well-being. Don't be too hard on yourself, and allow yourself to rest and recharge. Perhaps focus on things that bring you joy and relaxation, whether it's reading a book or taking a walk in nature. Most importantly, please don't hesitate to reach out to someone you can trust to talk to if you require extra assistance. You're doing great, and remember that things will get better!
