I don't love the word "outsourcing" because that's not what we do.
When we hire people in the Philippines, we bring them into our company culture.
We care about them.
They are team members.
They're part of our success.
We don't just send them work and forget about them.
I'd rather use "insourcing" because it's a more accurate term for what we do.
We're not sending out work; we're bringing people in.
