Red chilli powder | लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 tsp
Boiled Potatoes | उबले आलू - 1/4 cup
Onion | प्याज - 2 tbsp
Tomato | टमाटर - 2 tbsp
Cucumber | खीरा - 2 tbsp
Raw Mango | कच्चा आम - 2 tbsp
Carrot | गाजर - 2 tbsp
Beat | बीट - 2 tbsp
Green chilli | हरी मिर्च - 1
Apple | सेब - 1/4 cup
Grapes | अंगूर - 1/4 cup
Farali chavda | फराली चेवड़ा- 2 tbsp
Masala Peanuts | मसाला मूंगफली - 2 tbsp
Mint Leaves | पुदीना - Few
Coriander | धनिया- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste | नमक स्वादअनुसार
Sprouted bhel is a super healthy recipe, full of protein, nutrients and fiber. Wash and soak moong and moth. Tie them in a cloth to make sprouts. Boil the sprouts in salted water.
