Ube Cupcakes / The Best Ube Cupcakes

Ingredients:

1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup ube halaya
1 tbsp ube flavor
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

For the frosting

Swiss Meringue Buttercream
1 - 2 tsp Ube flavor
Violet or purple food color (optional)
