Jamie and Caroline go on a tour of Northern Italy's incredible wines, cities and landscapes, plus we talk to Ben from Pong Cheese to explore what makes wine and cheese work... so darn well together and Alex decides to confuse things more by bringing in some Italian food to see how that changes things!
We drink: Alto Adige Gewurztraminer, an Orange wine from Soave Classico, two Sangiovese-based wines from Chianti and Emilia-Romagna, and then we go find great value in Valpolicella with their Ripasso wines, before trying one of the most famous wines in the world: Barolo.
