Only myself and my Turo renters had access to the car. It was never taken to any other shop, I did all the maintenance on it, and most likely the car had to be put on a lift or jacked up to take the undercarriage cover off, which was not loose or sagging at all, and was screwed in tightly last time I checked. The undercarriage cover was definitely stolen, but did they replace any of my parts with old parts (like the front of the exhaust I show in the vid)???
