It took me longer than expected to find examples, because I remembered them doing this EVERY TIME they made their entrance... but no. During my first few attempts at watching random entrances, I just saw fist bumps/high fives/forearm bumps/etc. I eventually found a few (sources listed below) and noticed a pattern: Rage always seemed to be out-of-sync, not just with their handshake but also promos (when those rarely happened). Maybe that's why they stopped doing it...
