Kisko García was born in Cordova in 1978. He grew up in his parents’ restaurant, so he couldn’t help to fall in love with cuisine. He studied in the Gran Capitan Catering and Tourism School in Cordova. He has worked in some of the best Spanish restaurants under the supervision of great chefs such as Joan Roca and Sergi Arola. His restaurant, Choco, where he is head chef, was awarded a Michelin Star in 2012. Kisko claims to be in love with Cordovan cuisine, that’s why he promotes it and aims to make it known worldwide. He wants his clients to enjoy with his creativity and to share his passion for Cordovan cuisine.
