Wheat flour(गेहूँ के आटा)-1 cup
Besan(बेसन)-1/4 cup
Salt(नमक)
Oil(तेल)-3 tbsp
For stuffing:
Coriander seeds(साबूत धनिया)-1 tbsp
Fennel seeds(सौंफ)-1 tbsp
Sesame seeds(टिल)-1 tbsp
Cumin seeds(जीरा)-1 tsp
Dry coconut(सुख नारियल)-1/4 cup
Turmeric(हल्दी)-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder(लाल मार्च)-1 tbsp
Amchoor(आमचूर)-1 tsp
Salt(नमक)
Sugar(शक्कर)-2 tsp
Tamarind chutney(ईमली गुड़ की व्हिटनी)-2 tbsp
