The battle of the century! Beef Ribs vs Pork Ribs or better said Short Ribs vs Baby Back Ribs! Who wins? What's the best? This time I'm not going to be the judge but for sure we found some tough judges to qualify who is the best! We were super happy to have our nephew back after a long time away from us in college and what better excuse you need to make some awesome BBQ than having your nephew visiting you after all this time!

This video was a lot of fun and I was barbecuing or smoking these ribs for about 6 hours. The flavor was amazing and the smoke flavor on point... but sadly there always have to be a winner in this kind of battle and you may be surprised of who the winner was at the end!
