Rao Noushad was present outside Lahore Kacheri where stamps papers were being sold on different stalls. He interviewed a stamp-farosh who revealed the importance of these papers. Stamp papers are official documents that are used for agreements and dealings. If an agreement is written on a stamp paper with the signatures of the stakeholders then all parties are bounded by the law to follow that agreement. If not, then the document will be admissible in the court and the non-compliant party can face charges. Watch the video for more details.
