AUSTIN -- Shana Merlin takes the skills she has gained in her 13 years of improvisational acting, which include working under pressure and taking risk, to help people in business deal with pressures of their own. Merlin started her company, Merlin Works, because she believes many of the improv games help people work better together. Rather than trying to trip one another up, players or coworkers are taught to help one another and pass on ideas.
