This is a simple video recipe and a detailed process for making grandma's apple and cinnamon buns. Natural brown coconut or cane sugar is used to make the apples. ✅ Ingredients for 12 buns:
1. Milk - 125 ml
2. Water - 125 ml
3. Sugar - 5 tablespoons
4. All-purpose flour - 560 g
5. Dry yeast - 2 teaspoons (8 g)
6. Vanillin - 1/2 teaspoon or vanilla sugar - 8 g
7. Medium eggs - 1 pc. + 2 yolks
8. Salt - 1/3 teaspoon
9. Unsalted butter - 80 g
✅ Apples:
1. Apples - 3 pcs.
2. Brown cane sugar - 60 g (3 tbsp.)
3. Cinnamon - 2 tsp
4. Unsalted butter – 40 g
Yellow and milk 1 tablespoon for greasing buns.
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) – 22 minutes.
Grease the finished hot buns with melted butter.
