The MARTIN ENGINEERING Corporation was founded in 1944 in Neponset, Illinois, USA, and is currently one of the world's leading companies providing solutions for bulk material handling and the optimisation of conveyor systems.
Along with the production and sales of a large number of products, Martin Engineering is the leader in the area of conveyor belt inspection. Under the name “Walk The Belt” (WTB), highly qualified specialists inspect all of a conveyor system's components and provide the customer with a final written status report containing all weak points and the corresponding means of optimisation, which can then be realised and implemented by Martin Engineering depending on the customer's expectations. If the customer desires, the Walk The Belt (WTB) program can be expanded to include the special “safety inspection”.
Moreover, Martin offers with its “Foundation 4 Program” multi-level training aimed at specific target groups with regard to aspects relevant to safety and bulk material optimisation which can be adapted to customer specifications. The Martin Engineering product line also includes: Primary and secondary belt cleaners, transfer point solutions, belt centring systems, vibration solutions, systems for dust suppression, silo cleaning systems, safety products, and air cannons for optimisation of the material flow.
The main European subsidiary was founded in 1987 as Martin Engineering GmbH with headquarters in Walluf not far from Wiesbaden. Additional subsidiaries are currently located in France (2000), Great Britain (2003), Turkey (2005), Italy (2013), and Russia (2015). Dealer representations exist in numerous countries of Western and Eastern Europe, North Africa and the Near East. Additional information can be found at [ Ссылка ]
