Welcome back! This is the first of two episodes where we kick off our 2500KM adventure to the northwestern side of South Africa. In this leg, we journey to Augrabies Falls, just outside of Upington. We explore the stunning Augrabies Falls, go on a game drive, tackle my first river crossing, and soak in some breathtaking views before setting up camp at the falls. Along the way, we quickly discovered a flaw in our planning that shifted the dynamics of the entire trip.
