Shocking dash camera video captures a toddler wearing only a diaper head straight into an intersection. Thankfully, a bystander came out of nowhere and scooped up the child. The horrified driver pulls over to the side to speak to the bystander who saved the day in Mesa, Arizona. Thankfully, the two-year-old boy was unhurt. The boy's father reportedly says the mom has been dealing with post-partum depression.
