these are the ingredients for the cassava leaves.
2 lbs. fresh grounded cassava leaves or use less chicken and goat meat (you can use any meat of your choices
2 cups of all-natural peanut butter (get the one without sugar)
1 lb. of lima beans or half
1 lb. of cow skin (optional)
1 lb. of dried fish or use less (smoked fish)
2 tied of ogre (fermented sesame seed)
2 tsp of crayfish
One tsp of chicken flavor soup base mix
One tsp of jumbo aroma, Jumbo Maggi
One tsp of accent
Half tsp of salt
2 onions, 4 habaneros pepper, but you can use more pepper if you like.
6 blended okras
One can of coconut milk
Two cups of coconut oil or you can add if you like. You can use any oil of your choice.
